1. General

Ekeha sells art, gifting products, and customized engraved items. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.


2. Custom Engraving Orders

    1. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the engraving text submitted.
    2. Once production begins, engraving orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
    3. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes provided by customers.

 


3. Pricing

All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.

 


4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and images on Ekeha are our property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

 


5. Order Cancellation

    1. Non-custom products may be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement.
    2. Customized products cannot be cancelled once production starts.


 

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

    1. Delays caused by courier services
    2. Minor color variations due to screen display
    3. Customer-submitted engraving errors

 

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
