Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Estimated delivery time:

    1. Metro cities: 3–5 business days
    2. Other locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays.

 


3. Shipping Charges

    1. Free shipping on prepaid Order
    2. Standard shipping fee: ₹100


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

 


5. Incorrect Address

If a wrong address is provided:

    1. Customer will bear reshipping charges
    2. We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect details


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged item:

    1. Contact us within 48 hours
    2. Provide photos of packaging and product

We will review and provide a replacement if eligible.
